Being Like Christ To One Another
Care and Prayer
"Lord, please hold the men and women who serve
in the U.S. Armed Forces, both at home and in
places far from home, in your loving hands.  
Protect them as they protect us.
Bless them and their families for
the selfless acts they perform for us
and for the people they seek to rescue
from oppression and danger.  
In the name of Christ Jesus we pray, Amen."
In the name of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ,

Let us pray for healing for those who are ill or
injured.  Let them feel your presence and be
blessed with peace and comfort that
only you can give.

Let us pray for consolation for those who mourn
friends and loved ones, and even pets.

Let us pray that lost children will be found safe
and returned to the loving arms of their parents
and families.

Let us pray for our nation and our national and
local leaders... may God grant them wisdom and
understanding, compassion and grace, as they
make decisions that affect us and people all over
the world.

God is gracious and compassionate; God is always
with us, suffers with us and rejoices with us.  We
pray that all will feel his Holy presence and
receive His peace in their hearts.  
Amen.
